Next-Day Delivery £4.99
- 1-2 working days, order before 1 pm for next-day delivery.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday (Excluding Bank holidays will be the next business day).
- Delivered between 7 am and 10 pm. We deliver to most UK destinations.
Free UK delivery on orders over £50:
Free Delivery with our standard delivery service on orders over the value of £50 (excluding shipping), plus a free limited edition tote bag.
Please note that customs duties and import fees are not automatically included in the price of an order for all orders shipping outside of the UK.
RETURNS:
To return an item, please email customerservices@silkroaddaughters.com quoting your order number and reason for return.
We are happy to refund items within 21 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with the original tags, in the original packaging.
Items marked as non-refundable include but are not limited to, swimwear and lingerie for hygiene reasons.
There is a £1.99 return fee per return parcel when returning online orders to our warehouse. This will be deducted from your refund.
Items purchased from our SALE section are non-refundable/ or exchangeable as are part of our final sale.
Full-priced items purchased with a temporary discount code will still be eligible for a refund if following our returns policy which can be found above.
REFUNDS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with the original tags attached, and in the original packaging, all swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker attached. If our customer care team feels any of these points are not met, it is at their discretion whether the item is suitable for return. Should a refund be refused, your item will be returned to you.
Please allow us 15 working days from receiving your items to process your return and confirm your refund amount. We will send you an email when this has been done, but please be advised that it may take 3-5 days for the funds to clear in your bank account.
Mystery boxes are non-returnable and items are chosen to your size. Items purchased from our SALE section are strictly exchanged only.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
