Q: WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Q: WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?

A: Please contact the customer service team via email. Please include your order number, product name & code, and pictures of the faulty/ incorrect item.

 

Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?

A: Sorry girl, we are not able to cancel orders they are placed.

 

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

A: UK STANDARD DELIVERY (£3.99) 3- 5 working days.

UK NEXT-DAY DELIVERY (£4.99) Order before noon for next-day delivery. After midnight, please allow up to 1 working day.

 

Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

A: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We accept Apple Pay, Paypal, Clearpay, and Gift cards.

 

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

A: Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt. Item must be unworn and unwashed. Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Items must have all tags attached. Please see returns for how to return. We offer refunds within 21 days of receipt. Items must be unworn with original tags and packaging. Refunds may take up to 15 working days to process. Items purchased from concessions or third-party retailers must be returned to the store of purchase. Please note items on the 'Clearance' tab are non-refundable but we offer exchanges.
