1. Redemption: Your Silkroad Daughters e-gift card can only be redeemed online at www.silkroaddaughters.com.
2. Payment Options: If you do not have enough funds on your e-gift card to cover the total cost of your order (including delivery), you can split the payment between the e-gift card and another payment method. However, split payment is not allowed if your e-gift card balance covers the total cost.
3. Returns: If you use the e-gift card as part of a split payment for a purchase and subsequently return the item, the e-gift card will be refunded first, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method.
4. Restrictions: The e-gift card cannot be refunded, exchanged, or used to purchase additional e-gift cards. Any remaining balance after use may be applied to future purchases.
5. Denominations: E-gift cards can be purchased in denominations of £10, £25, £50, or £100.
6. Validity: The e-gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any balance remaining after this period will be forfeited.
